Apple was looking to tell the story of an Applecare experience and to show how much an advisor's help can impact a customer's life. We researched and cast Linda and John, a retired couple in San Diego and self-described "luddites". After their daughter and grandchildren moved away, they felt a real loss. Using FaceTime and other Apple software to stay in touch has meant everything to them. And regular help from Applecare advisors has kept them connected. Linda said "if we knew how to put speed dial on that phone, we would have Applecare on it".
