Along with filming in house and other locations, we spent a lot of time in airports and on planes—both traveling and filming—for this one. And filming on a plane, you might guess, isn’t terribly easy. Security checks, very scaled back personnel, equipment wardrobe and props being sent a day ahead, and even a big plane is tight quarters. (Our very seasoned producer, Leslie Vaughan, couldn’t sleep the night before, and that never happens.) One tip is to start at the flight deck and work your way back. Another tip is to work with great people.
